Whisk eggs into the dry ingredient and then gradually add the milk and water.If all else fails just use an electric whisk (we're not all Nigella). Butter is for the pan. Enjoy!

Love & Hate at Stolen Space
Stolen Space in Brick Lane is definitely my favourite London galleries - I bought my first piece of art there about a year ago (a design for the cover of Camus Myth of Sisyphus by SAN). Today their first show of 2012 is opening centered around our love and hate for Valentines Day. It features work by some great artists including D*Face, Chloe Early and Word to Mother. Goes on until the beginning of March. DO IT.

David Beckham's Pants....
Daivd Beckham's new range for H&M launches this month, and while I'm not personally planning on purchasing any of his manly underwear, I'm more than happy to admire him in it. YUM.
